Easter 2008 sees the launch of the brand new Pet & Aquatic Centre here at Wentworth and with it the introduction of a whole new customer friendly philosophy.
Since the Pet Centre returned to the Garden Centre’s ownership late last year a complete change of direction has been undertaken to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for the novice and experienced hobbyist alike.
We place huge emphasis on key areas outlined below:
Aquatics
Our brand new Aquatic section has been shopfitted entirely by Casco (market leader in this field) with quality and convenience in mind.
We stock a huge range of Coldwater, Tropical and Marine fish plus Inverts and Tropica aquatic plants with regular weekly deliveries catering for every taste and fancy.
Our dry goods section will be crammed to the rafters with aquariums, equipment, foods and accessories from all the major names in this field including Aquamedic, D&D, TMC, Juwel, Rena, Red Sea, Arcadia, Betta, BiOrb, Tropica, RO-Man, Seachem, King British and many more besides.

Water Gardening
We place huge emphasis on Water Gardening and believe every garden should have some form of water feature for both your aesthetic pleasure and the habitat even a small body of water can provide for our native wildlife.
Our fully automated 20 vat system is home to major stocks of all popular pond fish including Goldfish, Comets, Shubunkins, Orfe and Sturgeons plus a fantastic selection of graded Koi for every budget.
Everything you need for setting up your very own pond or water feature under one roof featuring equipment from market leaders Oase and Hozelock with foods from King British and Nishikoi, a large range of pond liners and water features plus a cracking selection of water plants of every description and every accessory you could possibly require.
With the pond season kicking off in March don’t miss out this year.
Small Mammals & Birds
Casco have recently installed our state of the art animal and bird system featuring a quality selection of rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rats and mice plus budgies, finches, cockatiels etc.
Children and adults of all ages love pets and we offer everything you need to get started in this area whatever your chosen pet may be including hutches, cages, foods, toys and accessories.
We also stock everything for the dog and cat lovers amongst you including beds, foods, treats, toys, collars, leads and much, much more.
