The appeal of the garden centre to a degree lies with its mix of varied and individual businesses on site under the overall 'umbrella' of Wentworth Garden Centre. These are (in no particular order):
Adventure Playground
In line with our exciting new developments for 2008, we have taken the opportunity to install a new, free of charge traditional timber facility to replace the existing playground. Playdale, long standing experts in this field, have provided hours of fun for young and older children alike based around swings, climbing frames, slides etc all in a safe, natural environment.
Wentworth Conservatories
A stunning (and constantly changing) showsite displaying top quality conservatories in a range of styles and finishes. Superb reputation with an eye for detail. Also available, a range of furnishing options and sundries to complete your dream conservatory.
Wentworth Craft Units
A purpose built development of working craft units built and maintained by the local authority and housing a range of traditional and modern crafts.
Wentworth Family Farm
An ever changing complex of rare and unusual breeds of domestic animals. Huge appeal for children and adults alike. Baby animals are always in evidence and always popular. Recent developments have resulted in the arrival of three pairs of red squirrels, hopefully to form part of a breeding programme. The hope is that this venture will lead to the aquisition of red foxes and otters in the near future. Please note that a small charge is made for entry to the farm.
